How can I get a copy of the LL69 Report?
Copies of the Local Law 69 report are not yet available online. However, paper copies of the report can be obtained through a Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) request to the NYC Industrial Development Agency. A sample FOIL letter is included below.
These reports weigh in at approximately eight pounds each and may cost up to $160 in photocopying fees. To avoid the fee, but still get a look at the documents, you can make an appointment with the public records officer of the IDA to review a copy by calling (212) 312-3543.
