Federated Mechanical Corporation: Approximately $163,601 in property and sales tax breaks to purchase land and building at 1735 West Farm Road and 1708 Boone Avenue, Bronx.

Maya Overseas Food, Inc.: Approximately $979,245 in property and sales tax breaks to purchase and renovate a facility at 48-85 Maspeth Avenue, Queens.

Smart Plumbing & Heating Corp.: Approximately $480,908 in property and sales tax breaks to purchase a larger facility at 162, 164 Wolcott Street, Brooklyn.

The Allen-Stevenson School: Up to $24 million in tax exempt bonds to finance an expansion and renovation at 132 E 78th Street, Manhattan.

The City and Country School, Inc.: Up to $9.55 million in tax exempt bonds to finance the purchase of two condominiums at 161-165 W 12th Street and to refinance mortgage loans for properties at 144-148 West 13th Street and 161-165 W 12th Street, Manhattan.
