Audits and Critiques of Development Subsidy Programs In New York State and New York City

Good Jobs New York has created this bibliography to publicize the extensive body of research and analysis of development subsidies in the city and state. Much of this analysis finds a need for greater accountability in the Stateís and Cityís economic development subsidy programs.
